Just a quick one as I have housework to do.
My friend's coming over today so I have no idea what we'll do regarding lunch. Dinner I still have that mincemeat from yesterday for burgers so I can have homemade burgers, homemade oven chips and boiled vegetables.
Hopefully my Trek protein flapjacks will arrive soon. Can't wait; they're sooooo tasty, and last time I ate them regularly my strength really did increase and I lost fat. Need that again!
Alsoooo it's not much but when I tense and in the right light I can see the beginnings of ab definition! Yay! Hopefully if I keep up good eating and exercise habits I'll have solid ab definition in a month or so! Haha that'd be nice. Maybe a couple of months. I have to stick to it though, and that's always problematic with me.
Right off to clean the house cus it's disgusting and my friend gets here in about 30 mins. Have a good day everyone! xx
